This form lets you report how you used your Residential Support Scheme (RSS) funding for the 2025 to 2026 academic year.

It is for further education and sixth-form colleges that deliver specialist provision.

The academic year runs from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026.

Use this form to:

• report how you spent your RSS funding
• confirm how many students you supported
• explain any overspend or underspend

You must complete this form by 5pm on Friday 23 October 2026. You can edit and resubmit until that date.

Before you start

You'll need:

• the total RSS funding you spent
• the number of students supported
• reasons for any overspend or underspend

Your return must be authorised by the Head of Institution (HOI).
