Use this form to report the number of 14 to 16 year old students in your institution who are eligible for free school meals, pupil premium, and service pupil premium in academic year (AY) 2024 to 2025.

The academic year (AY) is from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025.

This is only for those 14 to 16 year old students who are directly enrolled by your institution and funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).

Before you start

This service is for further education and sixth-form colleges.

To complete your return, you will need to know:

• the total of 14 to 16 students enrolled by your institution as on 1 November 2024
• the number of 14 to 16 students who are eligible for pupil premium, free school meals, the service premium, and who are care leavers
