Use this form to report the number of 14 to 16 year old students in your institution who are eligible for free school meals, pupil premium, and service pupil premium in academic year (AY) 2025 to 2026.

The academic year is from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026.

Before you start

This form is for further education and sixth-form colleges with students aged 14 to 16 who are directly enrolled at your institution and are funded by the Department for Education.

To complete this form, you'll need:

• the total number of 14 to 16 year old students enrolled at your institution on 1 November 2025
• the number of those students who are eligible for free school meals
• the number who are care leavers
• the number who are eligible for pupil premium
• the number eligible for the service pupil premium
