Use this form to report your estimated pupil numbers for the 2026 to 2027 academic year for your academy.

Academies and trusts will need to use DfE Sign-in (DSi), and login using individual academy UKPRN credentials.

Before you start

• an account with the DfE Sign-in (DSi) service. If you have not used DSi before you will need to create a DfE Sign-in account

• your estimated pupil numbers

• the guaranteed pupil number from your local authority, if you have received one

• evidence to support an increase in your estimated pupil numbers
