Use this form to report your estimated pupil numbers for the 2025 to 2026 academic year for your academy.

Academies and trusts will need to use DfE Sign-in, and login using individual academy UKPRN credentials.

Before you start

• an account with the DfE Sign-in service. If you have not used DfE Sign-in before you will need to create a DfE Sign-in account

• the following information to complete the form: your estimated pupil numbers, and the guaranteed pupil number from your local authority, if you have received one
