Complete both of the following digital forms for:

• dedicated schools grant (DSG) assurance statement for the actual deployment of the 2024 to 2025 DSG, details of any fraud cases reported and recovered and numbers of schools subject to financial intervention by your local authority

• the note to accounts figures for financial year 2024 to 2025

Before submitting each of these digital forms, chief finance officers (CFO) should satisfy themselves that the DSG was used fully in support of the schools budget.

The Department for Education (DfE) does not require information about expenditure funded from other sources.

DfE will follow up all discrepancies highlighted in its scrutiny of the statement and note to the accounts with your local authority.
